The water at the lake in Maine is so clear. We saw this bone in the water while we were kayaking. Yesterday Kris finally swam out and retrieved it. Apparently, animals fall in when the lake is frozen during the winter. This is probably a moose bone!

In London, Noah (xaphoon jones) did a nice trim job on my 5 month beard. Here is the before.
It’s official…my beard has taken the UK by storm. Surprisingly, everyone here really embraces this monster on my face. I think I could count the amount of men in the UK that I have seen with a beard on one hand. Can men here grow beards or do they just choose to stay baby-faced?? I am getting more annoyed by this fur everyday, but it’s fun when people ask if they can stroke my beard. I can’t wait until June 22 when I can finally let my face see the light of day. Hopefully, I won’t have a wicked beard tan line!
So my beard is getting out of control! We are driving through the desert and it definitely makes my face hot. June 22nd can not come fast enough!
On another note, just ended our tour with Hockey and The Postelles. It was definitely the best tour I have ever been a part of. I became such good friends with all of those guys and look coward to crossing paths with them again. Noe I’m ready for a week of rest at home!
So, I have found myself in Butte,MT. We had to cancel our Salt Lake City show because of snow and road closings. I didn’t do a great job packing for this cold weather and find myself with just a hoody and flannel shirts. Luckily, this beard is keeping my face warm in the cold. Today, we were all given our last $20 of per diem for the next 5 days. Times our proving to be tough for us right now. We are looking at the light at the end of the tunnel. People seem to think that being signed=getting paid. Not the case at all. We have been sleeping on floors and in the van trying to save any money we can. Trying to stay posative.
